DS, sel\u00fcloz zincirindeki ka\u00e7 hidroksil grubunun metoksi veya hidroksipropil gruplar\u0131yla yer de\u011fi\u015ftirdi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. DS de\u011feri polimerin ne kadar iyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, ne kadar kal\u0131n hissettirdi\u011fini (viskozite) ve jel olu\u015fturdu\u011fu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir.<\/p><p>\u00dcreticiler DS'yi ayarlayarak HPMC'nin \u00f6zelliklerini \u00e7e\u015fitli ihtiya\u00e7lara uyacak \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirebilirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin, daha y\u00fcksek bir DS genellikle daha iyi suda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ve jel olu\u015fumu i\u00e7in daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p><h3>HPMC Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r: \u00dcretim S\u00fcreci<\/h3><p>HPMC \u00fcretimi, genellikle odun hamuru veya pamuk linterlerinden elde edilen sel\u00fclozun sodyum hidroksit gibi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir baz ile i\u015flenmesiyle ba\u015flar. Alkalizasyon olarak bilinen bu ad\u0131m, sonraki modifikasyonlar i\u00e7in sel\u00fclozun reaktivitesini artt\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p><p>Alkali sel\u00fcloz daha sonra kontroll\u00fc ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda metil klor\u00fcr ve propilen oksit ile reaksiyona sokulur.
