A typical tile adhesive mix includes cement, sand, limestone, water, and performance additives such as cellulose ethers. Among them, Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (MHEC) plays a key role in cement-based tile adhesives. This MHEC compound significantly improves water retention and bonding strength. It also helps you achieve better thickening performance and superior workability.

Raw Material Selection: We begin with high-purity refined cotton linter, characterized by low ash and negligible impurities.
Etherification: The cellulose is alkalized under precisely controlled conditions, followed by etherification to introduce methoxyl and hydroxypropyl groups.
Purification: The crude product undergoes successive washing and filtration stages to remove by‑products and residual salts, achieving exceptional purity suitable for demanding applications.
